Headteacher
I am delighted to introduce myself as the new headteacher at Rise. It is an honour and a privilege to join this vibrant and welcoming community. In February 2024, I joined the Rise family as a school improvement partner and worked alongside the leadership team to strengthen all areas of our school. I have over 27 years of experience in education, including my recent role as a Trust Director in the E21C Trust in Bromley.
From my first day at Rise, it was evident that there is something special about the school.

I am thrilled to join RISE Education’s newly formed SLT. With over 22 years of experience in education, I am an avid proponent of adopting a strengths-based approach to improve the outcomes of young people with SEND.
As a SEND Advisor to two national organisations, I am interested in Teaching and learning. I am dedicated to equipping staff with the knowledge and skills to best support our young people in preparation for life in and beyond RISE.
I look forward to working collaboratively with families and staff as we embark on this new and exciting journey.
