Timely Support

An individual risk assessment is completed once a referral is made. Indicators are used to plan a structured support for the candidate. A caseload management strategy is implimented and individuals are assigned a Mentor.

Admission Process

Initial Interview – Induction – Initial Assessment – Diagnostic Assessments
Integration to Group/mentor -Individual Learning Plan – Termly report to providers.

Intervention Curriculum

Emotional Intelligence – Self-esteem – Self Awareness – Self – Motivation – Handling Relationships – Anger Management
